    I was initially really happy with the work, but after a week the tiles were already loose. Mortar has started to crack and flake. Raised concerns various times since have been met with words to fix but 3 months later still nothing.

    We had a quick reply and a reasonable quote from John after submitting a request to update the drive which needed attention. The work was carried out a few weeks later. His team were very polite and efficient. John visited several times a day to see how the work was progressing. Pleased with the result.

    John (my field in charge) is professional and listens to customer's need. He gave practical advice and suggestions to refine and improve my garden. He took care of my budget and not to sell excessive items more than I need. Throughout the project he came visit every day to supervise and work with his team to make sure the progress and quality of work. They scheduled the work and delivered their service efficiently. One week after reaching him I have already a brand new garden for my long weekend and hold party for Coronation. Very good job of Cheadle and I will recommend it to my friends !

His team is very polite, knowledgable, friendly and approachable. Kept me informed and updated throughout their work. Very competative and reasonable pricing. I am very pleased with the end product. Would recommend this company.
