  The whole way through the work being carried out we were kept thoroughly informed on progress. All staff were polite and happy which is a help when major work is being carried out. Upon completion before the team left they thoroughly cleaned the area around the house and all we can say to them is once again thank you.

  Responded to our initial enquiry within 30 minutes. Carried out a survey at a time agreed within a few days. Provided a clear and detailed quotation within a few days of the survey. Started work on the day promised. Always kept us informed, including changes due to weather or material supply. The job was well planned and executed, including consideration of our safety and that of the team. The building inspection passed first time. Site cleared to high standard. The job was completed to a high standard, on time, to the original cost and all issues dealt with to our satisfaction.

• Full roof replacement

  No care when removing old roof. Bi fold door glass/sills damaged, gutters damaged, dry verge loose, etc. Agreed to repair all but didn't. 10 months on, rain pouring through ceilings. Independent inspection states tiles are totally incompatible with pitch of roof. Company said tiles go to 10 degrees when in fact they only go down to 35 degrees. Lies!! Ceilings, floors and furniture now need replacing. Owner refusing to take responsibility for new/old issues on basis I never paid outstanding £1500 which was withheld whist I waited for original damage to be repaired.

  Brilliant from start to finish, they came out really quickly for both the quote and the work. We had water coming in through the wall from the guttering and CJ Roofing came out to sort it really quickly and replaced the tiles and guttering in really good time. Great service all round, would definitely recommend. Thanks!
