Here at CMJ we have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Our eye for detail and exquisite finishes will turn your dreams into reality.
We cover all aspects of work, plumbing, carpentry, brickwork, roofing, tiling, concrete, landscaping, cornice, suspended ceilings, window fitting, swimming pools, tree works. We undertake this work with many of our own workers and our professional, insured, certificated sub-contractors.
Any type of building work can be undertaken, ranging from small extensions to new builds.

Internal remodel of integral garage and kitchen to form Utility, kitchen and new bifold doors
We are the design managers for private clients, CMJ executed all the work in a professional and courteous manner. From the general building work, electrical and plumbing alterations and installation to the installation of bifold doors and patio works. With excellent quality of bespoke joinery and decorations. The whole team at CMJ worked well with us and the owners and their children who lived in the property throughout the works. We, Vertigo Hunt Design would not hesitate in recommending Carlos and Aaron for future projects.
Kitchen extension
CMJ builders came recommended to me. I used them for a kitchen extension and was very pleased with their work. They were reasonably priced and on budget and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the build. Carlos and his team were on time each day and were very clean, tidying up every night before leaving. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
Refurbishment of home
I cannot recommend Carlos and his skilled team enough, he is extremely knowledgeable, polite and a complete professional! So happy with the results in my home 10/10
Full Renovation of very large Edwardian Property

Renovating an existing loft conversion and installing a shower room in loft, too.
From the very start Carlos and his team were true professionals. They priced the job accurately, were honest and punctual and created a new space for us that is of very high spec . They overhauled everything from the electrics to the plumbing, the roof to the insulation. And kept us informed at every stage so we knew what was going on. They were also great on coming to with ideas and solutions to issues that cropped up along the way. They take real pride in their work and we now have a loft that’s beautiful. Completely trustworthy I’d recommend to anyone and would definitely use again.
Side and rear double story extension.
Great team. Always good communication and advice on design and sourcing. CMJ building and Construction were very Helpful managing to my budget. Excellent and conscientious finish. Efficient hard workers. Would highly recommend and will be using these guys On the next project.
