  Carlos and his team were timely, efficient and extremely tidy. They show care for the environment they are working and communicate well. When issues arose, they provided solutions. Work was ca tied out to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble.

  Carlos has a lot of energy and keeps projects moving along. This is good if you are the client as the job gets done. Enthusiastic and prepared to make changes which always happens on projects as they become reality rather than drawings ( past experience from other builders is they have been very reluctant to change anything) . Good fun and friendly and genuinely wanting to help get a good outcome.

  We are the design managers for private clients, CMJ executed all the work in a professional and courteous manner. From the general building work, electrical and plumbing alterations and installation to the installation of bifold doors and patio works. With excellent quality of bespoke joinery and decorations. The whole team at CMJ worked well with us and the owners and their children who lived in the property throughout the works. We, Vertigo Hunt Design would not hesitate in recommending Carlos and Aaron for future projects.

  CMJ builders came recommended to me. I used them for a kitchen extension and was very pleased with their work. They were reasonably priced and on budget and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the build. Carlos and his team were on time each day and were very clean, tidying up every night before leaving. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
