The engineer from CML, Saul, arrived on time. He put mats down to put his tools on and used foot coverings to protect our floors. Whilst being polite and friendly, he got on with the job. I was also pleased that he identified a fault with the gas meter and notified Cadent. The engineer waited until Cadent replaced the meter and checked everything again before certifying our new boiler. The whole experience with CML was great from start to finish- booking the job through CML’s Nicola to having a warmer house and much more efficient hot water flow - very pleased.

Was updated on when the plumber would arrive; he was helpful and polite and tidied up as he went. Having them back to fit new radiators down the line.

Chad came to fix it the same day that I called CML Plumbing . He was a really nice polite chap and sorted the problem. I would recommend CML to anybody and the price was very reasonable.
