  I asked for someone to check my guttering as I had some bad leaks. A repair man came out and said the guttering was blocked. He came back a few days later and cleared the guttering, but the leaks are as bad as ever. I've contacted them and they've said the job is under warranty and they would come back and repair it free of charge, but I'm still waiting for a date and time. If they don't come back soon I will have to get someone else to repair it.

  £870 charged for 1 hour's work. Invoice says that leaks are now fixed. I'll give it a couple of months. Work is guaranteed. First negative feedback that I have left on this site and last time that I use checkatrade to find a tradesperson. It was amusing to watch the roof inspection drone fly straight up and smash into the chimney. A good idea that didn't work.
