• Kitchen and basement extension

  The team took down an old extension, dug out and built a 2 story kitchen and basement extension with a wrap around terrace/balcony. They worked throughout the winter months starting at the end of January and continued to work in difficult conditions managing on a site with limited access. They were mindful that we had 2 young and very curious kids and a small dog and worked around them every day. If there was anythingnwe wanted done differently it was managed professionally and we are delighted with the end product.

• Garage conversion

  CADS recently produced drawings, submitted council applications and carried out a garage conversion for us. Initial communication and first impressions were good. The guys working on the job were very pleasant and polite and quality of workmanship was ok. Initially advised the work would take 2 weeks which ended up as 4 weeks. This was due to workers often arriving for 1-2 hours at a time and sometimes with no advance notice / communication of their arrival. We also needed to point out that insulation needed put in the exterior wall and a radiator fitted to the room as per the drawings.

• Extension and refit of house

  Construction & Design Services recently completed our extension and refit of the house- this involved moving the staircase, creating new rooms, installing two new bathrooms, installing new kitchen, laying foundations and knocking through to the existing house for the extension. So it was a big job. The team were fantastic, from coming out to see us at the quote stage and talking us through the process, to regular communication throughout. I’ve been really impressed with the work, so much that I have asked the team to come back and install new windows for me

  The team were great from the start by reaching out and discussing the job through including a clear breakdown of cost. The work was carried out to a high standard across moving our bathroom door, erecting two partition walls and opening up an existing wall on our top landing. The team were happy to answer any questions we had and cleared up all waste upon completion.
