Colin was a pleasure to deal with from the start. Very professional and friendly. The work was completed by Colin and Ricky in 1 day as planned, no disruption to the two of us working from home, fantastic quality of work both inside and out, completely cleaned up after themselves and the effect the finished work had on the inside temperature on a hot day in July was incredible. Really excellent experience. Can't recommended highly enough.

Cool Heat Systems quoted promptly and made a site visit to confirm details before beginning works. They were easy to contact to arrange the start date and follow up visit to complete the job to fit in around the builders. This needed a little flexibility which I was appreciative of. Final works were as quoted. Colin was tidy, polite and considerate at all times.
