Countrywide Roofing and Insulation. Were very efficient and looked like a professional company with smart livery on their vans and a corporate image for their workers. For me the stars of the show were the guys who came out to do the hard graft working in cramped uncomfortable spaces in the loft to remove this wretched Open Cell Foam insulation. Our beginning phone call gave us the confidence to invite a site survey the documents e-mailed were informative, professional and well outlined He traveled up to the Midlands to view the work to be carried out and was equally knowledgable giving us price and timetable which was followed up by a detailed job description document The team arrived on time and immediately set about the foam removal task, we were delighted that they showed full commitment under very difficult work space to its completion 3 days meticulously scraping, bagging, removal and tidying of open cell foam.

From the very beginning of my interactions with Countrywide Roofing they have been excellent. On my initial enquiry phone call they explained my options and didn’t push at all. The lady who came to do the survey and discuss price was very thorough and explain the process and options in detail. The team that then did the removal and re insulation were very polite, professional, clean and tidy. Each day they checked in and updated me on how the work was going. Everyone involved has been very helpful and I would highly recommend Countrywide Roofing.
