  • Bad repair to French Doors

    We called them out to realign the door and replace the seals they came and said they would service the door and replace the seals, I agreed a price over the phone, they came back and did some work which I did not check till after they had left, as they left the window with finger marks. They had only replaced one of the 2 seals, they had not cleaned the keeps and drain holes which where all mucky. The door was still not easy to close. It had not been lubricated. I spent an hour on it and then worked fine. I phoned and spoke to Derrick who was very unpleasant Would not want to use them again.

    Called and explained the situation with a door that would no longer lock properly. They scheduled a time for someone to come round and take a look. 15 minutes before he arrived he made a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Assessed the problem and let us know what the fix cost would be. As it was relatively minor (for him) he undertook the work immediately, completed it quickly made sure everything else was fine with the other door in the conservatory. Highly recommend them.
