• Full slate roof replacement

  Customer beware. Full replacement of slate roof December '23. Had to have them out twice within the first few weeks for slates and flashing falling off. 2 months ago noticed yet more issues - capping and slates falling off. Messaged at the time and told they'd be there in two weeks. Now 8 weeks later and they're ignoring my messages, leaving the roof in a dangerous state (we're an end terrace so concerned about public safety and liability.) The 10 year guarantee they give is clearly not worth the paper it's on. See previous reviews with similar complaints.

  Brilliant job by Denny and his Dad. Worked extremely hard to remove my old garage roof and replace whole roof with new roof boards and they also gave me the option to have Roof felt or Rubber. I opted for the rubber coating as longer lasting. Denny and his Dad are really nice friendly people and very passionate about their work. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommended.

  From start to finish Denny and his Dad made a very good impression on me. They were both very polite and very passionate about their work. I decided to use them to remove my old garage roof and replace with new boards and also opted for a rubber coating instead of roof felt. Work was carried out by Denny and his Dad to a very high standard and I was not disappointed with my choice of using DE Property Services. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. I have already asked for a quote from them for another job that I need doing. Definitely recommend them.

  From start to finish Denny and his Dad made a very good impression. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and also passionate about their work. They explained exactly what was causing the problems with my roof and gave me the choice to decide between the roof felt or rubber. After a little bit of research I opted for the rubber . Denny and his Dad has now completed my garage roof today and I am extremely pleased with the finished work. All the mess was also cleaned up and removed as all my roof boards had also been replaced due to damp rot. I would definitely use them again
