  Derek (& Monica!) replaced our dated ensuite bathroom in a complete refurbishment. Very high quality work, finished on time and with no unexpected costs. Derek also gave great advice on options and pros/cons during the project when we needed to make decisions along the way. Very happy with the work. Highly recommended!

  Shower tray replacement

  Came to fix a leak, made it 10 times worse

  After 2 weeks since this terrible company did work to fix a leak, the leak got A LOT WORSE!! We contacted them promptly asking if they could assess. They refused, saying their job was “perfect” and asked us to prove it is from their job. Their response was unprofessional and only after we emphasised that any rational person understands that a severely worsening leak after a recent job must have something to do with that job!! Reluctantly they gave a date weeks away to assess but who knows given their tardiness. We had to recruit another company as the situation became a safety hazard. Avoid!

  Thank you for taking your time to review our services. To be perfectly clear, you have agreed for me to pay a visit on 4th so I have responded and we have arranged and you were have agreed. You choose to call me on a Sunday…(I don’t work Sunday) and 30 min later you have sent me a video of new company tearing the work I have done. Which still does not show the leak is from my work. The job has been done by unprofessional builder previously and your main focus was to keep the costs down and refused my idea of renew all plumbing and tiling in wet-room area. I have also responded and booked you but seems like you didn't allow me 24hours to come around for assessment.
