  We made contact, and got a really quick response. I discussed potential jobs that we wanted carrying out, for and what could be achieved within our budget was discussed. When it came to the actual job, the staff arrived on time, carried out the job in a very timely manner and tidied up after themselves. Jake was also able to advise on other jobs that may be required in the future and quoted those. We were happy with the work carried out and would use Diamond Property services again in the future.

  Jacob and the lads did a stellar job with replacing the entirety of my roof, the felt underneath the tiles was ruined and the lats were rotted. They completely removed and redid the entirety of the roof at a reasonable cost, quickly and efficiently. It now looks 1000x better and no more leaks to worry about!

  Really happy with the process. Jake visited last week following a roof leak above our electricity meter and identified causes of the leak. He then contacted me with updates due to the challenges to source tiles that are no longer produced. Arrived on time. Completed everything and documented the cause of the leak, as I had requested. All that worked on our roof were polite and efficient. Thank you.

  Jake and his team have done a spectacular job on my house repairing my chimney which was leaking, they also re-bedded my ridge tiles and replaced my broken tiles. No job is to big or to small for them they will go above and beyond for all of there customers I know this as I was recommended to use diamond property services through a couple of friends of mine everyone speaks highly of them, I couldn’t thank jake and his team enough I will be using these again in the future.
