Quality and attention to detail was fantastic throughout despite me choosing the least expensive option and not being around when the work was done. • Complete roof replacement

  Had a complete roof replacement done, absolutely smashing job. Everything looks fantastic and was finished right on time for the rain starting. Had absolutely no trouble and the lads were great. Lots of mess obviously created in the process as you'd expect for a complete roof replacement but everything was tidied up at the end which we're very thankful for. Would highly recommend Mark and his team for any repairs you might need!

  Initially cancelled due to problem with works van but then re-arranged and kept to the arrangement arriving promptly as said. Lads were really good and phoned me before doing any works which would cost more than originally agreed. Very prompt and efficient and tidied up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone else needing the same roof repairs

  Marks son responded to my ad he arranged for Mark to visit on 1 August. I was expecting a quote on 7 August. When contacted he said he forgot and he would definately have a quote by 14 August. I called again and he said it would be with me 15 August again I called he had forgotten said it would be 16 August. Called 17 August and he said had issues with kids but would definately send yesturday by email. I spoke to Bradley today and he has just texted stating they cannot do the job. Maybe it would have saved time to be honest from the start. Very disappointing
