  Excellent service and workmanship from to start to finish. Prompt response to request for a quote. He visited to look and discuss the job. Admin back up was excellent, thorough and professional. We received a detailed quote the very next day. We paid a deposit and he arrived as planned on the hottest day of the year! He fitted in without delay and worked alongside our builder, who also praised the quality of his work! Huge thanks for a job so well done!

  Darren repaired the chimney for my aging mother-in-law who has dementia. We chose Darren because he understood the challenges of dealing with dementia and how crucial it is to stick to agreed times, particularly when coordinating with the family to make plans for caring for my mother-in-law whilst the work was done. Darren turned up on time and did the work well. He also highlighted and fixed other issues. This was a HUGE relief for us. Having worked with many builders, it can be extremely stressful when they don't turn up. Darren turned up and delivered!
