Excellent prompt repair done to our bungalow roof.
Done Right roofing had replaced the roof of our bungalow in Loftus, a couple of years ago and we were highly satisfied. After recent storms we noticed that a couple of tiles had slipped under the ventilation tile. After a call to them we had a visit first thing the next morning and the tiles were quickly repaired. Thank you so much. If you are considering any type of roof replacement or repair then Done Right Roofing will do an excellent job for you.
Chimney removal and putting right a poor job done by 2 previous roofers.
What a great bunch of lads; they tell you as it is and show pictures to show why something needs doing. They have put right a shoddy new roof by one roofer and so called repairs by a second. They worked really hard and really got on with it, providing good quality work at a really fair price. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for roof work. I have more projects coming up and they will be my first port of call!
Repair flashing on chimney and replace broken tiles

Fascias and guttering
Great job done on the fascias and guttering. All work completed within one day and the lads that did the job were great. They tidied up after themselves and left no mess. Only quip would be that the quote given excluded VAT so when the invoice arrived it was for a few hundred more than expected. Bear that in mind.
Complete new roof
I requested a quote and was visited the next day. We were expertly advised on the proposed job and any alternatives that might be available. All questions and concerns were addressed in a polite and courteous manner. We were given a quote and decided to proceed, however, the circumstances of the original quote altered after the job had started. The crew working on my house carried out the additional work and Mr Welch honoured the original quote . The crew working on my house were punctual, skilful and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company,
Re roofing full roof
Very pleased with the completed job. Given the extent of the work there was a minimum of disruption. Efficient and reliable . Would recommend this firm.
