  Quick response to my enquiry. First appointment for a quote fell through as the van broke down. Came the next day on time. Gave an estimate in keeping with others, but was IMO, not cheap, and higher than the cost checker estimates. Were quick and efficient in doing the work within a day. I liked the look of it, the work was neat and tidy, and it seems to have resolved the leaks. I was however disappointed by them putting some of the waste materials in our garden waste bin, which I hadn't found until the next day, and I feel they should have checked with me first.

• Yeah way too pricey for the service they provide and stole my brush too

  The amount ive paid for cleaning the roof gutters I wouldnt expect the guy to take my brush from my back yard without my permission to then clean my gutters and throw the gunk on the floor. Not recommended at all youd find better service for this price

  Friendly and seemed to do a good job at the time however when informed that the leak is still present, haven’t returned as promised and haven’t responded to my messages. So overall unfortunately disappointed with the outcome, also haven’t received the 5 year warranty as promised

  Quick to respond to urgent request to find the source of a leak make good. Quote was given by phone after site visit; photos were taken of several problem areas and explained to client. Very good management of job and crew. Outsourced scaffolding at short short notice. The problems were fixed and there are no more leaks. However, photos were taken of work done but not sent to client. Admin and bookkeeping also not great, job card was incomplete and still waiting for a written invoice and acknowledgment of payment. This company is busy.

• They added a roof vent for an extractor fan into my roof

  Daniel came and fitted the vent, then replaced a few tiles. Everything working fine so far. Turned up on time worked well and quick so all good.
