  David and his team did an excellent job of our re-roof. David is an excellent communicator, responding to all our questions and helping us make a smooth transition from a roof repair to a re-roof in a timely manner. Phil and Justin are experienced roofers who did an excellent job, paying attention to detail and aesthetics. We would be happy to recommend this company.

  New roof

  David was brilliant from start to finish. Clear communication, competitive quote and very good at explaining what needed doing in plain language which we could understand in order to make decisions. The work was carried out excellently - highly professional as well as friendly and accommodating of a couple of extra asks (takingdown the old ariel, etc) . Would recommend without hesitation.

  Leaking chimney repaired and some other smaller fixes elsewhere on the roof.

  It has been difficult to get anyone to come and do a few small but important fixes on our roof, but it was very easy with SYRR. Easy to book the initial quote and good communication on the lead up to the work being done from David, and his team who did the work were very friendly. Thank you.

  Full slate re-roofing

  We had a fantastic experience with this company. From the start, communications were brilliant, they engaged quickly and thoroughly when needing to discuss the detail of the specification we wanted, and during the work there were regular video, text and image updates. We felt their pricing was transparent, honest and fair. The quality of the work itself was exceptional, with proper care and attention to detail, particularly with some additional touches to the shaping of tiles along the ridge line and the lead work around a large dormer. We've been left with a roof we are genuinely proud of !

  Flashing replacement

  Really satisfied with the job. Came and sent me a video using his drone so I could see the repairs required. Did it quickly and let me know, again with a video, once work had been undertaken. Really happy with the work done and the communication was great too. Ever so slight delay removing the scaffolding after but suspect that was out of his hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thanks!

  Half a roof

  I have been incredibly impressed with the work David and his team carried out on our home. Unlike other contractors who never got back to us, David called when he said he would, gave us a quote and completed the work when he said he would. His team are a great bunch. Polite, tidy and considerate. The work he did was spot on and we can now relax knowing that the roof is fixed and under guarantee. I have had no problem recommending him to me neighbours - he's doing lots of work in our area.
