Adrian and Marcel were professional and pleasant to deal with. They came over at short notice to look at a broken fridge/freezer. They diagnosed the problem, which unfortunately could not be mended, and sourced and then installed a new unit for us the next day, explaining everything along the way. I would recommend them to others.

Very good indeed and good value. I only rated reliability down a bit because they were an hour later than they estimated but that might have been traffic.

The oven stopped working so I asked Duofix to investigate the cause. They did a very thorough job, which wasn’t easy as the oven is integrated. After a lengthy investigation they concluded that it needed new parts and because it was so old these weren’t available. So despite all their hard work they weren’t able to fix it but I couldn’t fault their efforts.

Arrived within 1 hour and kept me updated. Efficiently unblocked the washer dryer. Explained the pros and cons of the make / machine. Advised how to ensure the problem does not recur and how to maintain the machine better. Actually attempted to fix and advised on some other appliances in order to add value to his visit. Very amicable and polite person to have in your home - quite an important point. A very active mind and seemed grounded in technical details. Impressed.

Duofix Appliance Engineers answered my call for help regarding my icing up freezer and came to my house the next day. In respect for my home, they put on shoe shields before entering. They fixed my freezer problems efficiently, tidily and with obvious expert experience. These gentlemen are polite and very helpful, even demonstrating how to clear the bottom of my washing machine of excess water (which they did) and at no extra charge. I strongly recommend Duofix for all appliance needs. Brilliant work!
