  After sending a email enquiry, approx 6pm I received a very quick and prompt response and a appointment was made for the next day. The gentlemen who came, there isn't enough words to describe how lovely, friendly and professional he was. He had a look at my drains (it turned out to be nothing to do with my drains-i thought it was, my error!) and advised it could be a issue with my washing machine that was causing the issue. If I have any issues with my drains I will definitely ring again as they are second to none :)
