Fencing
On first day they turned up at 11 with only half of the materials required. Despite me sending £1k in advance for them to be able to get the materials this didn't seem to bother Frank. He then went out for a few hours "looking" for the materials and came back with the wrong style fencing. We spoke and he explained that he must have got muddled. It went down hill from there... 4 days later his labourers "finished" the job. They were short by 2ft and one panel was warped so couldn't be fitted. They explained they would be back by the weekend to sort. They never showed up. No message, nothing.
Cutting the big overhanging branches
Frank Smith was absolutely amazing very friendly and good advise for a new customer and wasn’t sure about it. Frank was really helpful and excellent work I really appreciated and would recommend. So you know who to call. Thank you
Replacement of courtyard fence and removal of ivy.
I was entirely satisfied with Eastern Landscaping, who replaced my courtyard fence and removed overgrown ivy. The work was carried out exactly as quoted and specified. Frank was friendly and really paid attention to what I wanted. I am a happy customer.
