Boiler servicing and replacement of electrode bracket
Eco flame installed my two Gas boilers 8 years ago and have serviced them annually ever since. They are my go to company for anything to to with heating/plumbing. A pleasure to have working in your home,professional and friendly they always take time to explain what they are doing and why. Can’t rate them highly enough.
New Boiler Installation
Superb service received from Eco Flame who we called in a crisis after a gas leak was detected at our home. Phil put our minds at ease when he investigated and discovered the situation wasn't as bad as we first thought. Phil took time to explain everything, offer us options and give sound advice to provide all we needed to make an informed decision. Rather than a very expensive repair, we opted for a new boiler which would futureproof us and give peace of mind for 12 years. Eco Flame are reliable, helpful and professional. It's good to know we can count on them in a crisis.
Check reason boiler leaking then fit new boiler
Worried about finding a good reliable company to do the checks and work. Found EcoFlame on Checkatrade and Worcester Bosch website. So pleased with the service and professionalism of the company would definately recommend to anyone with boiler trouble or who need a boiler fitting.
Moving a boiler.
Great service from start to finish. Phil quickly came to give us a very reasonable quote and was able to start the job very quickly. He kept us up to date with everything he was doing and was very curtious when he was doing the job. Would definitely use ecoflame again. Thanks Phil and team!
Supply and install an Ideal Combi boiler
Phil handled the whole project well. He arrived at 0800 and work was completed by 1700. Very impressed with his and Dan’s efficiency and work ethic. The area around the boiler was left clean and tidy. I would definitely use Eco Flame again and recommend them to anyone considering a boiler replacement.
No hot water and thought there was a problem with the central heating.
Excellent service - from initial contact to completion of work. I was concerned an engineer would let me down, as previously with other companies, not turn up when they say they will! Sean assured me that wouldn't happen, and it didn't! The engineer, Dan, was brilliant. He arrived at the time I was told he would come and went through everything thoroughly. He had to return with a part, again I was given all the information such as cost and time he would be coming. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.
