Based in Folkestone in Kent I set up Electrical and Test in 2017 with the aim of providing high quality electrical work to people who want a good, safe, no corners cut, job.

I work throughout Kent and South East London undertaking most electrical work, but I am a particular specialist in inspection & testing and EV Charging solutions (I will do the difficult ones the big national companies won’t touch).

I pride myself in the quality of my materials and workmanship, and I install and test to British Standard BS7671 otherwise known as the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

I am a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (the NICEIC) as an Approved Contractor. NICEIC ensure that member electricians maintain the highest standards of safety, that all work is tested in accordance with BS7671 (the 18th edition wiring regulations) and that we issue you a Electrical Installation Certificate for all electrical installation work. I am also covered by public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance at levels far greater than the rules require of me.

I have gained a reputation as a reliable electrical contractor with most of my new work coming through recommendation from existing customers. Highly skilled I constantly get great feedback from my customers about the quality of my work and my professional attitude to the trade.

Electrical and Test provide a complete service to the householder, no job is too small whether you need an EV Charger, an electrical inspection (EICR), a new installation, accessories installing or repairing I can provide a safe, friendly and efficient service that will never compromise electrical safety.
