    I had windows replaced that had moisture between the double glazing.

    I sent my measurements through and got a quote quickly. When it came to installation there was an excuse twice( once the glass wasn’t on the truck next was that someone called in sick). I wasted annual leave waiting for them. When they did show up, one window was the wrong type so they had to come back on another day (costing me more in parking fees). They fixed a lock and now I can’t get hold of them because it’s broken again. I would definitely not recommend this company.

    3 triple glazed windows, a perfect job

    I recently had three triple-glazed windows installed by ERWS, and I'm extremely pleased. The team was very professional, delivering and installing the windows within two weeks. Their efficiency and precision were impressive. The windows are of excellent quality, significantly improving noise cancellation compared to my old ones. The experienced installers were polite, fun, worked very clean, no damage to walls and offered great advice on my other damaged doors. Overall, ERWS did a perfect job, and I highly recommend their services.

    Excellent service and price

    Over the past 6-9 months Energy Rated Window Solutions have replaced all my windows, new front door and finally some bifold doors. Every time they have been punctual, great communication and a very competitive price. The finished job is also of the highest quality. No complaints and no hesitation in recommending them.

    Front double doors with glass side panel

    Incredible service and professionalism. The team took us through the design process for our doors and incorporated our specifications very well and offered improvements which made the final design better than perfect! Rapid delivery and perfect fittings. I have to thank Terry for his perfect designing. He paid so much attention to the small details which makes a big difference to the final elegant look. Thanks to Merie who worked so hard to speed up the delivery. Andy the surveyor was excellent. The fitting team was amazing as well. This company is highly recommended.
