  • Pest infestation (box hedge moths)

    Contacted Eradipest concerning a box hedge moth/caterpillar infestation. Davinia explained what they can do and she set up three site visits (April, June and Sept) in order to spray our large hedges on each occasion: by Connor and Luke. Excellent communication and service by all three. Our hedges are now showing signs of recovery. My wife and I are very pleased with Eradipest and would recommend them.

  • Book lice fumigation

    I had an infestation of tiny black beetles, which I didn't recognise. They'd gradually increased while I ignored the problem, till they were in almost every room. Conor came and recognised them as book lice, from some of my parents' old books. He fumigated the whole house, which meant quite a lot of work; I had to empty out the kitchen cupboards and wash everything very carefully afterwards. However, the treatment completely solved the problem - it was such a relief and I was very impressed! Thank you :-)

    I have been thoroughly impressed with Eradipest. Luke, Pest Control Technician, was very open, knowledgeable and helpful whilst he was surveying my carpet moth problem. He answered all my questions fully to put my mind at rest. He was extremely professional and thorough when chemically treating all my carpets to eradicate the pests. Davinia, Office Manager, was very supportive when dealing with my initial enquiry and very efficient when arranging appointments and providing a quote and an invoice. A five star service all round!

About Eradipest

Eradipest is a rapid-response pest control company founded by Tim Bostock in 1998. The business is based in Chichester and serving West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. We specialise in pest eradication and prevention for domestic and commercial clients.

We are fully licensed to treat, remove, and when necessary, exterminate a wide range of rodents, mammals, insects and birds, including:

Our Approach

Eradipest has been built on solid foundations. Our approach is to provide an efficient and effective service to our customers at the right price.

We are particularly focused on pest prevention as this is the key to good pest control.

After all, if we can keep the pests out there may be no need to use pesticides at all, so it will have less impact on the environment.

Teamwork, Service and Ongoing Training

Every job brings new challenges and, as a team, we take great pride in solving the most demanding problems even if it requires additional work over and above the agreed schedule.

In addition to customer service, staff needs and training are a high priority. By investing heavily in this area we aim to achieve a high standard of work and increased staff and customer satisfaction.

Areas We Cover

Our catchment area has also grown to include clients in West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent and more recently London. 

We are always happy to discuss pest problems no matter where you are.

Service Agreements 

We can offer flexible competitive service agreements to domestic and commercial clients. We will carry out structured inspections from 1-12 visits per year, a tailored service which takes into account:

 

  • The vulnerability of the property/premises
  • The pests involved
  • Financial constraints. 

 

Covid Update

We are still operating as normal following Government Guidelines, we have put a number of measures and processes in place to protect you and our team, which include wearing PPE, extra hand sanitisation, social distancing whilst in your property and antibacterial cleaning as we complete the job.
