10 Conservatory floor, including concealed manhole cover.

Immediate contact, impressive knowledge and confidence, especially regarding existing tiled over manhole. Replied to every text/ email; ordered the manhole cover and had it sent to our address; explained the different types of cover so that we could choose the right one, albeit much more expensive than the basic cover. Punctual, tidy and quick- not on his mobile all the time like other tradespeople. Chris was super helpful on the phone and talked me through what was required, how he split the work and was very clear on availability and process. The tiles look amazing, really high attention to detail and making sure all was clean when he left and that we were happy with the job.
