8.33 Replace flat roof

This is second review of the work that was carried out on my flat roof in January this year. The company invoices state that the work is guaranteed for 15 years - however, despite numerous calls they have failed to give me a guarantee certificate. At once point I was informed that I would be given the certificate if I gave them the highest numerical rating on this site - this I did not do as I was not totally content with all aspects of the handling of the matter.
