  Ryan gave us a fair price for a complicated job. The job was well explained and communication was good. A few false starts due to transport problems but we finally got going and the guys did a great job on the pitched and flat roof. The lads were very friendly and we just kept them topped up with occasional coffees. The job itself was difficult and access involved a lot of manual lifting and carrying. The site was left tidy with all rubbish removed. The buildings control guy said that they had done a good job considering there were very few straight lines due to the age of the property.

  Wanted front garden changed from waterlogged, north facing lawn to decorative flagstones and gravel. Met with Ryan who went through the plan with me and also suggested various other ideas I hadn't considered, which was appreciated. Some initial communication issues but once the work started it was seamless. Ryan's team of Danny and Brad worked with a real sense of pride and attention to detail which resulted in a brilliant overall transformation of the space. Absolute pleasure dealing with them both. Ryan project managed everything and the place was left spotless. Couldn't be happier!

• Composite Decking

  The decking job I required done was to remove the old decking and framework and replace with all new. The quote was competitive and after speaking with others who had quoted I felt that Forthcoming understood the job better, so I choose them. When the job started the old decking was removed and taken away within 24 hrs, no mean feat given the amount of materials. The new decking frame and grey decking with black picture frame border was laid, excellent workmanship from Danny and his helper. I would recommend Forthcoming for composite deck laying, come see my job if you're not convinced.
