Both operatives were polite and very proffessional.

We are contractors ourselves, we work on and preserve mainly old and listed buildings. We have to be careful who we use to work on them. I have to say the two guy's who turned up erect the scaffolding were polite, friendly and very mindful of the building. Even going to the trouble of avoiding the planting in the boarders. Employ them with the confidence that you will end up with an excellent and professional service.

Courteous and professional from answering the initial phone enquiry, through prompt quotation visit and quote, punctual arrival and speedy, neat and careful erection. First rate.

The scaffolders turned up on time and were really friendly and professional. It was cold and drizzly but they cracked on anyway. Made sure all ground level parts were covered in yellow foam and plenty of room to get up the pavement and cross to the school (we’re a route often used by people with prams, dogs, toddlers etc). All done in a couple of hours. I haven’t been up on it but it looks pretty safe and secure.

The guys arrived when they said they would and ensured that we were happy with access and positioning of the scaffold at all times due to the complicated nature of the crane lift to remove the machinery. Very professional from the quoting stage through to the installation. I have used Frome Scaffolding for many years and have always been happy with the price, the Risk assessments and method statements. A professional company that are a pleasure to work with.
