  Don't know what kind of service this person provides as he never turned up to give me a price, and has not contacted me since he missed the appointment which I left work early for. Disappointing.

  I understand timings are estimates but saying I’ll be there at lunch time, then not messaging to say you won’t be there until 15:00. Then a second chance at 15:00 you don’t turn up and again no message to say you won’t be coming. I then ring you at 15:30 asking where you are and you go I’ve got another customer and then I’ll be there at 16:30/1700 as if that’s totally acceptable. Pretty poor if you ask me….
