  Initially I gave a very positive review for G&C but in light of events after the job I now have some reservations. I was informed by Chris that their work carried a 10 year guarantee but when I tried to contact them after the work was completed neither of their phones were working. During to work Chris told me he would need to get some lead to finish the job; my son then went and purchased the lead required for £150. As a result of Chris' work a leak developed on my neighbours roof and her roofer told us that no fresh lead was obvious on my roof?????

  I employed this company to do a roofing job for me because I had a leak in my roof, the trade came out charged me £375, the next time we had rain the roof continued to leak, sometimes I phone him and he doesn't answer, eventually he came out to repair the roof again however up until now the roof is still leaking.

  Contacted quickly after job lodged with Checkatrade, time arranged to view job . Arrived on time checked work that needed doing. Estimate given,and agree a date to commence work. Arrived on time work carried out., area cleaned. Also two of my ridge tiles were cracked and he had someone bring two to match what was on my roof . So they didn’t look odd. They polite friendly ,no payment required until job done. Very happy with the job and would recommend them 100%
