All tradesmen were friendly, informative and helpful while working, and the company overall did a great job for a great price
Takein pictures
Surveyor was meant 2 get in the loft and take pictures I was sitting on my sofa while he done this. There was a loud cracking noise a big bang and the next thing I new a big section of the ceiling had collapsed and was over my floor, furniture and on the sofa right next to where I was sitting. I was told they would be out to fix the next day, the next day arrived and half the job has been done, I havent been able 2 use the room since I was offered £20 conpensation which I complained about then raised to £40 this is an absolute joke. Aswel as the work I was promised originaly is not being done
Cavity wall and loft insulation. Ventilation works.
Very friendly and warm service. Detailed assessment carried out. The teams were skilled and completed their job with care and diligently. They finished the work brilliantly and came round to fix any work needing re-touches. One team had left the extraction work unfinished, however a another team was sent soon to complete the work. All teams cleaned up after their job was done. Very happy with the installation of the PPV ventilation. Brilliant service overall!

Grant Assessments helped us immensely from start to finish! We had cavity wall insulation and loft insulation installed for free due to helping us get government funding! They also got us over £2,000 refunded from our heating installation! An amazing company who were very attentive at and really did do absolutely everything for us. We didn’t think we would get funding for anything, but their knowledge about it all was so vast that they opened many doors for us that we never knew existed. Survey for insulation
Drilled holes in wall and did not fill. Took all personal information but have not returned any calls. Surveyor did not have a pen, battery charged for inspection camera, filler for inspection holes. Very poor company standards.
