Replaced old boiler
Absolutely shocking, they cancelled me 2 times as they ordered the wrong boiler for the engineer! After work was completed I paid the invoice and asked for gas safety register certificate and a document for my insurance company, I’m still waiting as they can’t be bothered, they lie everyday and make up excuses… JUST AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Replacing an old boiler
Although I have previously left a positive review, this was done before before I started having problems with Greenflow. It's been nearly two weeks since the work was completed and despite numerous e-mails and two promises of callbacks that didn't happen, there is *still* a load of rubbish at the end of the driveway that hasn't been taken away yet.
Fitting a bran new shower
I would definitely go with these guys again ! Very reliable , super quick service And very professional ! I highly recommend
New combi boiler and flu system
Tom at Greenflow installed my new combi boiler and flu system in a third floor flat, where the boiler is situated in the middle of the building. I was told by several other companies that I would need to have the ceiling pulled down to change the flu but Tom completed the job using the existing access points and not creating any new visible holes. The pipework is also incredibly neat and the exterior work is immaculate. So impressed with Tom's work, lovely guy, friendly and chatty and gets the work done in great time to a fantastic standard. All at Greenflow have been a pleasure to deal with :)
Replace a regular 1980s non-condensing gas boiler with regular condensing boiler
The quotation stage was very good, they listened to my requirements and dealt with my technical queries. This was the best price of the 3 quotes I received through Checkatrade and included a further 3% OAP discount. The order was placed and work was carried out within a few working days. Tom the fitter was excellent, he carried out the work quickly and cheerfully. We agreed the existing controller, 3-port valve, room and cylinder stats and pump were new enough not to warrant replacing and so a further discount was negotiated. Overall I am very happy with the deal and the installation.
