How we work

• We will first ask for the appliance's model number and age (If you don't have them ready, don't worry, we can tell you where to find them)
• We usually perform some troubleshooting steps over the phone to narrow down the cause of your issue
• If the issue is something you can easily sort yourself, we will always advise you for free over the phone. As much as we're a business, we're also part of the community and don't have the heart to take your hard-earned money for a 5-second fix! 
• After we narrow down the issue, we will give you our availability and prices for the repair and any parts needed.
• We provide honest advice so will always let you know if your appliance is beyond economical repair
• If for any reason we can't repair your appliance, you will only pay a nominal call-out fee
