  Telephoned and arranged an engineer visit to restore our domestic boiler to working order if it was worth doing so,or to quote the cost of a new one supplied and fitted if it was not. Chris arrived as arranged, carried out a thorough check and priced both repair of old and replacement with new fully fitted & guaranteed boiler. We chose the new option and arranged fitting date. Chris arrived on time, removed the old, installed the new quickly, cleaned up and tested. He took all His rubbish and the old boiler and pipework away. We therefore thank and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

  As a woman on her own , you don’t know if people are going to fleece you in money and a rubbish job. Not Chris , he was patient understanding what I wanted and if it could be done,Chris checked the pipes,tanks etc took a few mins on his computer and came up with a brilliant price, for the work he did ,He said what he would do and did it, he worked neat and cleanly and was very friendly ,I would recommend him to everyone

  Lee and Chris was fantastic from start to finish the work is so neat and tidy and anything I wanted or how I wanted it was any bother they was both pleasant and prompt I am so pleased with all the work that has been completed and that you would never know they been as they clean up after them selfs over the years I have dealt with company’s that fit boilers but hacket heating has been by far the best thank you Lee and Chris I will highly recommend you and will keep your contact number to hand. If anyone is looking to get a new boiler and radiators these guys are very good on price too thanks

• Boiler installation and radiator installation

  Chris was extremely professional. We are renovating our 18th century country home. He was very careful not to diminish any of the house’s character, not ruining any of the walls and current state, with it being so old. He has installed a new boiler and heating system, complete with 12 radiators across the house. He is a very competent engineer and clearly takes pride in his work. He was very tidy and cleaned up any mess caused. We now have a lovely heated home. I will definitely recommend him and definitely be using him again.

• Gas pipe capped

  We contacted Chris to cap and remove a fireplace and he has done a fantastic job. He was very polite and helpful from first call, all the way through to competing the job. Chris was punctual and efficient even cleaning up the mess made by removing the fireplace. We cannot thank Chris enough for the job he has done and how helpful he has been through the process. Thanks Chris, we will definitely be using him again!
