  Complete new roof. HS Property Services and Contracting Ltd reroofed our house.

  HS Property Services and Contracting Ltd did an excellent job of replacing our roof. Communication was excellent and timekeeping very good. They worked hard and studiously and tidied up all the mess. We found them to be very friendly and reliable.

  Roof repair

  Needed hip tiles repairing. Ewan came round, was really helpful and talked through what work needed doing without trying to upsell anything. Even offered to do a few extra bits whilst they were up there (putting on chimney cowls/gutter repairs). Work was completed quickly and to a good standard. Cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions I had. The only negative was that they didn't say which day they were coming so was a bit of a surprise when I saw the van outside the house! Apart from that, all was great. Will be using again and would recommend to others.

  Hughe and his team did an excellent job. Hughe took videos of the work that needed doing, so l was kept informed all the way. I would definitely recommend them, you won't get a better service.

  ROOF ROOF REPAIR dry ridge ,verge caps,lead work, chimney repointed and moss cleared

  Hughes and his team arrived on time and did an excellent job on the roof work that needed to be done to ensure that the roof would be in good condition when I sold my house. They worked none stop for 2 days during a heatwave and cleared up leaving everything tidy.They came back when rain finally came to check things were OK. Would certainly recommend them

  They did a first class job keeping me informed at every stage of the work.They were polite and cheerful and cleaned up after they finished the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Repair leak and replace missing lead flashing

  Despite carrying clearly pointing out where the leak is, only the lead flashing was done. When I pointed this out, he wanted to charge again for repair the leak. He told me that the leak was because of the missing lead flashing but this was not the case Although H&I is registered as a limited company, I had to pay to a personal bank account. I asked him to email me the invoice. He sent me a WhatsApp copy then put his WhatsApp on disappearing messages. Thankfully I took a screenshot of these before.
