Gas boiler service
The service was initially booked for before Christmas but the engineer didn’t turn up. I then rescheduled for the new year but again the engineer was unable to come on the agreed day and phoned me at the end of the booked time slot to let me know. Once the engineer did arrive the service was carried out well and professionally, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using this company in an emergency after my experience.
Replace old cylinder
Brilliant work! Tradesman arrived on time, announced via text, quote was on point, work was brilliantly carried out. Will most likely continue with them with the next job. Thank you!
An annual service of the boiler
The engineer arrived within the timescale advised, called to confirm he was on his way. His manner was polite and he undertook the service efficiently completing the log book before his departure.

A very nice engineer arrived on time, found fault and fixed it quickly, then instructed us and made a check whether the heating system worked correctly.
