120k full rear extension
Hartley projects are an excellent building company. Me and my partner were very nervous about going ahead with the project but James and Simon put us at ease with their knowledge. They carried out an unbelievable rear extension, kitchen and bathroom renovation to an impeccable standard I would recommend them to any one looking to have this kind of work done
Chimney breast removal
Hartley Projects did a great job of removing a large chimney breast and did a knock through and steel install in my house in Banstead. All their guys are polite and well presented and carried out the works quickly and left the place very tidy.

Replacing the complete structure of roof on front Portico
Struck so lucky with finding Hartley Projects to complete this work. James and Simon understood exactly the build that I wanted. They replaced the whole top of Portico in exactly the same style as when built in 1920's. This really was a big ask for them but they really went the extra, extra, extra mile to reproduce this. I cannot fault their workmanship and the detailed thought given to the project which I knew would not be easy. Am delighted with the finished job. Would not hesitate to use them again. Lovely guys who worked so hard and produced a work of art!!
