We would like to sincerely apologise for the delay in sending our quotation. We experienced a delay in receiving pricing information from our suppliers, during what was a very busy period for us. The quotation was sent, but unfortunately the email address was entered incorrectly. Ordinarily we would have telephoned to check the email address. We have the quotation prepared and would be more than happy to send it via email or verbally discuss the work and costs involved. We would like to apologise for the level of service experienced, the delays and any inconvenience that may have been caused. This is not a reflection of the normal level of service we provide, this is verified by the consistently high ratings achieved from our Checkatrade reviews. We currently have an overall rating of 9.66 and frequently receive ratings of 10. We always welcome customer feedback and take these matters very seriously. We will always act on feedback received and ensure we address issues raised.
