    William did a great job cleaning the windows, he was in touch about timing on the day, he was polite and pleasant to deal with and explained that he was using purified water on the outside windows to reduce the streaks. Would recommend and hire him again next time we need the windows cleaned.

    Very poor. Booked them to carry out window cleaning at my property. Failed to show up at pre arranged time and failed to make contact. When I chased them up was given a “ car broken down, awaiting tow truck” - Even if that was the case, they should have still been able to contact me to let me know this as opposed to me sitting waiting on them. Very poor customer service. Would recommend avoiding.

    William was absolutely brilliant, he came the day after my enquiry, so easy to arrange and deal with and very polite and tidy etc. He went over and above to scrub dried egg off my window and leave it sparkling clean, all at a much cheaper price than other quotes I had. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be having William back.
