Historic & Listed UK Ltd, provide a restoration service for the maintenance and repair to historic, listed and period buildings.
We specialise in brick and stone restoration, brick and stone repointing and facade cleaning.
Our services are not at all limited to the listed sector, and we provide full facade restoration services for many a type of properties, from Georgian, Edwardian and Victorian.
Our team can provide fully itemised condition reports for larger scale projects and help provide an effective plane to restore and preserve buildings.
Our services have been used to conduct works to commercial and domestic properties throughout London and the south east of England, and on some occasions the west of England.
All Operatives are fully experienced and holders of national vocational qualifications which are trade specific, which provides reassurance for each and every customer.

Remove masonry paint to brick wall and repoint.
Great work from the team removed white paint from brick work and repointed the wall, “I have seen many people doing this work but rubbing the bricks down mechanically, this by sure the wrong approach for a building. “ The team at historic and listed removed the paint professionally with steam and restored the bricks back with out mechanical equipment Great work great team.

Brick repairs and repointing
Franx and team were a great help from the initial enquiry, detailed quotation and finish. We had a number of decayed red bricks where water had leaked from the guttering and Down-pipe which has been restored to the original detail and repointed. Work was done at a very high standard and can barely been seen.
Re-pointing of sandstone walls
Luke and the team at FRANX did an amazing job. He spent a good hour talking me through his plans for the work, and was happy to explain things in detail for a layman like myself. He followed up promptly with clear, comprehensive and professional quotes and was happy to clarify any questions I had. We were on a tight timeline and Luke and his team did an incredible job to meet this, whilst keeping us aware of each stage of the work. We couldn't be happier with the results and I would highly recommend FRANX to anyone.
