New felt and batten throughout roof New dry ridge system New dry verge system
Did a good job but took a while. Pleased with result.
Replace cracked tile, re-install dry ridge system and replace ridge tiles.
Hughie didn't do the job himself, so this might make a difference. He's a good salesman, but sent a haphazard crew without scaffolding, final visit had a 13 year old boy holding the ladder. Only replaced half the ridge trying to save, used cement on dry ridge system. Gaps and daylight shining through everywhere worse than before. Debris left on roof and dropped on patio, cigarette butts thrown into communal play area. Took 4 visits for an acceptable result, all the while delaying, arguing and coming up with excuses. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have to warn others to stay away.
