  Excellent From quote to installation. Reasonable cost. Not the cheapest but certainly not expensive, but excellent value. And the fitter was prompt, tidy and went out of his way to do an excellent job

  Third time using this company. They offer good quotes and are really responsive to queries, plus very friendly. Certainly none of the hard selling I’ve experienced with other companies. I really like that they have a showroom so you can see the products and drop in if needed. They really are a local and family firm. The fitter we had was really friendly and got the work completed quickly.

  Matt, the fitter, was excellent and did a great job. He spotted some blemishes and damage to one of the panes provided by the manufacturer and this was sorted asap! Everyone at Homeview has been helpful and friendly and we are really pleased with the new windows.

  A nightmare from start to finish. It took 11 weeks for our new windows to be finally installed. -The fitter obviously wasn’t experienced . He refit the bay window 3 times before it was acceptable -The windows ordered were wrong so we had to wait for the right order to come through - the fitter Tried to get away with fitting damaged windows thinking we would not notice - Damaged our sofa and denied it - the women on the phone is rude and actually shouted at us down the phone - the owner of the company was more reasonable but I would not recommend a company with such bad fitters

• Replacing front door and porch windows

  It is now 4 months since Home View replaced our front door and porch windows. We are pleased with the result, but when it rains the letterbox lets in water. Home View tell us that this is to be expected. We have never experienced a leaking letterbox, so checked with the door manufacturer who assured us that the letterbox should not leak. Home View seem unwilling or unable to successfully address the problem. We have used this company in the past and been pleased, so we are disappointed to say that we can no longer recommend Home View, as their after sales service is very disappointing.
