  Shaun came to look at the noted jobs in the week of 20th September. He was friendly, on time and made a very good impression with the suggestions he gave. We discussed the various jobs he was going to carry out in some detail and agreed dates for the following week. Laminate and skirting boards look lovely, the lock on the door is fixed and working - it all looks very nice now! The two doors to the eaves ended up slightly moving with temperatures and lost their alignment. I contacted Shaun and he came promptly to correct this. Very pleased with all of it!

• Replacing broken access panel in ceiling

  I was dreading getting this job done as I had been told that it could be a messy job getting it fixed. However, Shaun resolved my problem. He came to check out the job yesterday and came back today to do it. He came at the appointed time and fixed it within 30 minutes. The job was completed very neatly and we didn't have to doing any painting to the surrounding area, as he was so careful. Shaun is a very polite and friendly person and I will have no hesitation in recommending him to others in the building who have the same problem.

  Shaun came to our house to box in a large electrical board and also hang a door for us. He attended the house to look at the job and give us a quote beforehand. He was very accomodating with the quote, and fitted around something that came up suddenly for me. He was flexible and came earlier than planned. We are very happy with the work. Shaun was on time, friendly and tidy and we are very happy with the cupboard and door he has completed for us! The cupboard was in an awkward position in a corner and right by an access door. The cupboard is very neat and nicely done. Thank you!
