  • Refitting attic bathroom

    Mo and team ripped out the old bathroom and refitted a new one. The team was hardworking and tidy. Mo is a good communicator and kept me abreast of everything. We were very impressed by his attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done in the timeframe. The bathroom is great and we are looking forward to getting Mo back for further works.

  • Replacing the conservatory roof with a new tiled roof and four Velux

    Mo and the HS Construction team replaced my old conservatory roof (part flat roof) with a new tiled roof with 4 large Velux. The height at the back has been transformed and so rather than a fairly miserable room with low ceilings it has been transformed into a light and airy room. The work was done fully compliant with Building Regs with the structural engineer providing various load-bearing calculations for the Council’s approval.

    Mo and his team carried out an exceptionally high standard of work to demolish and rebuild a rear single storey extension. Good hard working team and great communication making helpful suggestions and listening to what I wanted. Nothing was too much for him. Unbelievable transformation to a larger, bright kitchen/lounge area, 2 skylights, underfloor heating, bi-fold doors to the garden and a new ground floor shower room and toilet. Extremely happy with their work. Will be calling them again to build a new porch and lay the patio once things settle. Excellent work, highly recommended.

    I was nervous using a tradesman from here despite the glowing reviews and also being let down by a builder on this work already -a complete kitchen re-fit, carpentry and building works. I can only say that Mo, the owner, led and managed the work from start to finish. Mo made sure I was happy with the work throughout the build. The work looks far better than imagined and he accommodated several changes along the way. He is highly skilled, a great person to work with with and has a strong team. His communication, enthusiasm and courteous nature is a real delight. Great workmanship and ethics.
