Rodent control - poison and removal
Huntsman provided half of the service that was initially offered to us on the day that they visited our flat. We were told that included in our payment would be the treatment on the day, as well as a second follow up visit to check on the treatment and treat further if needed. When we tried to arrange the follow up, Huntsman said that there had been a misunderstanding and that we would have to pay a further £175 fee for them to return. We have tried to resolve this with the company, but they are now ignoring us. Very disappointed with this service.
