    Very reliable company, the engineer fixed the softener, explained how it works, and what the parts needed do. He advised us to change the salt we use for salt tablets to prevent this from happening again.

    From the beginning of our process we were unsure about a water softner, however, after Lawrence came and gave us survey and explained all aspects to us our minds were made up. Lawrence is a highly professional individual with a superb ability to explain details. On telephoning the office I was astonished to find that Mitchell is just as professional and helpful. On the day of installation Jay arrived and again we were amazed that he is as the other two people very professional and helpful. He totally cleaned up after himself and is a very likeable man. WE ARE EXPERTS AT WHAT WE DO

We are a local water softening business, specialising in the maintenance and service of pretty much all makes and models of softeners, both domestic and commercial.

We also sell water softeners, and supply water filters, and have an excellent relationship with Quooker for their boiling water systems.

The advice we give our customers is always best-advice, based on our very strong and unique experience in the water softening industry.

Laurence (That's me) formerly ran the Harvey Softeners dealer network for 8 years, and prior to that the Ecowater dealer network, and I have a huge amount of knowledge about our industry, and this has helped us grow the business significantly over the 6-years I have now owned it. My team are all trained directly by myself, in each of their specialities, and so I am confident that you will get the same high standard of service from all of us.
