Boiler change to combi
Efficient and kept in the loop about extra gas pipe upgrade, was made aware beforehand, worked out cheaper than expected
Updating my c/h
You informed two c/h engineers of the job, both made an appointment, one came then rang me up two days later to ask what the job was?, the other c/h engineer never turned up at all, I stayed in all day, when I should have been somewhere else, I was not impressed.

Boiler upgrade from system to combi
Chris and his son Ryan came in and did an excellent job in upgrading my boiler system. They both worked really well as a team and completed the job to the highest standard within the agreed timescale. I can tell Chris is very experienced with the level of quality and professionalism he displayed. I wanted some extra valves installed on a couple of my radiators which wasn't part of the quote. Chris took a quick trip over to tool station and picked up the parts for me. The world would be an amazing place if all tradesmen were like them. A++
