Fixing leak from overhead exposed shower
Ion did a fantastic job with fixing the leak. The communication through out was very good. Quick response and was available to come next day. Arrived as promised and even though the shower unit was a new modern one that Ion had not handled before, he looked up the details and analysed the fault and fixed it. He proposed to leave a few days before the sealant is applied to ensure we have the opportunity to ascertain that leak was indeed fixed. He promptly followed up to check if all ok and came back in to apply sealant. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
Leak
Ion arrived at my house within an hour of the requested at 10.30 pm and was there for an hour to isolate the leak. He then arrived next day with the part and completed the job. Fantastic service the chap was very polite and professional and explained every process.
Main Stopcock and radiator replaced
IB plumber replied the call quickly and the job was done professionally and at reasonable cost compare to other quotes I received Very positive experience from start to finish would definitely recommend IB plumber
