    The company were very accommodating of my issues even though I often message outside of working hours due to my own job. Messaging was done over whatsapp which allowed videos and photos to be shared prior to the appointment. The plumber who came to check my boiler was super polite and explained everything to me and even gave me advice on how to air out the room after the leak.

    We've been struggling with this boiler for quite some time and had no hope to fix it. However, Igloo's engineer managed to identify the main fault as well as some other potential future problems. The work was done professionally with extra attention to safety. The engineer was well mannered and kept us in the loop at all times. Very pleased with them and will be working with them for sure.     This was the most straightforward and organised installation we've ever had. We had many concerns, but the engineer was able to address them all. The job was carried out outside our opening hours and we were please to find out there was no need for major cleaning afterwards! The engineer was so neat and did not leave any small detail unattended. Very pleased with the job and highly recommended.

    The team delivered everything that Reza promised. In fact the bricklayer fell sick but very quickly another was brought on to carryon so we did not lose any time. The fact that igloo has an in house gas engineer as well as Electrition really helped the flow of work. Also nothing was too much Truble and they just did all we asked for with NO fuss. Everyone from Igloo was so polite and kind that we have already Recommended them to everyone that we know.

Established in 2003 and having survived 2 recessions, we have been growing a little bigger every year because all our work is generated through recommendations, as nothing can beet seeing & hearing the joy and satisfaction of some one we trust assuring us about who we should consider to appoint for the journey we are about to start with our home improvement project.

Instead of flooding our page with pictures and testimonies, we offer the chance of having a conversation with an existing client, where you can hear or possibly see how they felt about their journey when they used our services.
